JOHN LETTER
Principal Registered Architect - State of California American Institute of Architects Education: Masters in Architecture NCSU School of Design Bachelor of Science Economics and International Business University of Wisconsin - Madison John Letter is a licensed architect who brings 20 years of business and architectural experience to the profession of architecture. With extensive experience in site planning, building shell design, and interiors, he has developed exceptional design and project management skills in complex, high-end office, medical, life science, and educational projects. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, studying economics and international business. During the first 8 years of his professional career, John worked for a Fortune 500 Company and the University of Wisconsin System Administration, where he managed a $3B biennial budget. John went on to study architecture and design at North Carolina State University School of Design, where he received his Masters Degree in Architecture. While in graduate school, John worked at BBH Design, formerly NBBJ, where he worked on medical, research, educational, and sports and entertainment projects. Following graduation, John relocated to San Diego, where he has since been practicing architecture with various established firms. John has successfully maintained an exceptional balance among the design, project management, and document production disciplines. In addition to his architectural skills, John leverages skills developed in his prior career to provide strategic direction in the design process and production coordination of complex multi-building campus projects. Diverse experience in building types, thorough analysis and planning, strong programming skills and implementation strategies, along with a strong knowledge of building materials and the construction process allow John to effectively work with clients to efficiently deliver successful projects. |
